DDP:Substituting quick service for snacks

Can you substitute 3 snacks for a quick service credit anywhere or just at certain locations? We are most likely going to have one quick service meal remaining for all 4 people at the end of our trip next month.

Didn't they do away with the substitution thing? I may be wrong on that but I thought I saw last year where you couldn't do that any longer. Hopefully someone can come along who knows for sure.

I think it works for that direction (you can get 3 snacks in exchange for one QS meal credit in the same transaction), but you cannot convert 3 snacks to a QS meal credit.

I'm looking to trade in a quick service meal for 3 snacks and know I have to do all 3 at the same transaction, but I'm wondering if I can do that at any location with snacks or only certain ones?
