Well....... paperwork is in the mail. And I know that the famous fat lady must sing loudly before it is actually final. But.......

Bought a re-sale DVC membership. A very minor membership...... but still...... a membership none the less. Works for us.

Hopefully Disney will not decide that they want it more than we do (the first refusal stuff).

The waiting begins.

BTW, our ROFR was sent to Disney on 9/21 and we received notice it passed on 10/5. The turnaround was pretty quick.

OK.... Disney did not get in our way on the ROFR! Only 20 days from them getting it until them releasing it.

So now we're waiting for the closing documents. Should be final in about 30-40 days now. Yippee.
