Split stay question

We are visiting for 3 days during Spring Break (staying at POFQ) and then spending several days at the beach before coming back for 1 last day at Dolphin before we fly home. We are getting 4 day tickets and I know they are good, but will I be able to get Fast Passes for the last day and will we be able to use our Magic Bands?

My understanding is that the Swan and Dolphin hotels are eligible for fastpass+ 60 days prior to checkin. You won't be able to make your fastpasses at the same time as you do for your initial stay but can do it a few days later when you are 60 days prior to your checkin for the Dolphin.

Your Magic Bands will work for your park tickets and fastpasses for both your initial stay and your stay at the Dolphin.
