Trouble logging in to receive DVD

When I try to click the tab to log in to my account so that I can request a free vacation planning video, nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem?

Kinda buggy. I've had that issue before. Try another email address worked for me.

It won't let me get to that point. I try to click on the "login" button and nothing happens. I guess I can just call.

It sounds like your browser. You might update it, and see if that works.

You may be right texas211. I tried again from my home laptop and it worked just fine. I had been trying from my work computer, which has an older brouser.
