Has anyone been to the illuminations sparkling dessert party at epcot

Yes. :thumbsup: I went by myself and I thought it was nice except for standing at the tables.

Agree about the tables. I wish there were chairs but we just sat down on the ground after we finished eating until Illuminations started which worked out fine. The desserts were delish and the view was spot on. We had a great time and will do it again.

Can I ask what part is it actually at .. Is it by the bridge near the France end ?

No, it's actually held at Showcase Plaza between the two shops when you first enter World Showcase from Future World.
