Ticket question

If I have a 1 day DL ticket that I never used, can that be transferred to a new WDW vacation package?

As far as I know, Disneyland and Disney World tickets are not interchangeable though there are some passes (quite pricey) that can be used at either location.

No. The two resorts are separate operations and tickets are not transferable between the two business units.
