When booking with MJ are all travel documents still sent directly to you, or does Disney send them to your MJ agent, who then forwards them?

Mine came directly to me. There was a problem with the ME tags, so we called MJ and it was immediately taken care of and new ones arrived within a few days.

Our documents came from our agent at MJ.

Resort Documents come from us.
Magic Bands come come from Disney directly.
Magical Express tags can be either (we never know how they will send)
DCL Documents usually come from DCL
ABD documents usually come from ABD
Universal documents come via email from your agent
Other cruise-line documents are e-documents as well.
