Not regularly. I think he's been out occasionally for special things, but only Dug and Russell from UP regularly appear.

Dug and Russell are at Animal Kingdom across from Disney Outfitters....I think they were at the Wilderness Explorers area.

Yes. That's correct. They have their own little set there just by the Tough To Be A Bug entrance.
