I have heard a lot about Tonga Toast, but I am not sure exactly what it is or where it is served. Can someone enlighten me please. We have breakfast ADR's at O'hana, but I didn't see it on the menu there.

Thanks!

The Tonga Toast is at Kona Cafe, not at 'Ohana. It's essentially cinnamon french toast made from big pieces of sourdough bread and bananas in it. It's pretty sweet and almost more of a dessert than a breakfast food but certainly enough calories for a meal.

Not sure if this is true post-renovation, but the Tonga Toast is available at Captian Cook's (Poly QS restaurant). Good option for folks who may not want to make a breakfast ADR or have non-large-breakfast-eaters in their party.

Yes, you're correct. They still have it post-renovation.

Didn't the latest Disney Files magazine, for DVC members, have a Tong Toast recipe?
