Which Downtown Disney Hotel

We are looking at a Fall trip and were wanting to stay our first night at a Downtown Disney hotel. Which one is actually in closest walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Downtown Disney itself?

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is the closest but not by much. The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort is right there as well.

Janet, I know this is just for 1 night, but I wanted to mention that Hilton is the one DtD hotel that participates in EMH.

Thanks, we like to travel and stay somewhere offsite/a little cheaper the first night bf checking into WL. Of course knowing me as it gets closer I'll probably just add a night at WL ;):mickey:
