I heard that disco fries are served at the MK. Where can you get them and how are they?

Had to search this one out but came up with Golden Oak Outpost (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/magic-kingdom/golden-oak-outpost/menus/) in Frontierland.

Brown Gravy and Cheese Waffle Fries
Topped with Brown Gravy and White Cheddar. Served with choice of Apple Slices or Carrots.

In Canada those fries are called Poutine. Are Disco Fries the southern equivalent?

They are poutine-like, but not poutine! (us Canadians get pretty picky about this, especially the cheese curds!)

But, I've never heard of disco fries ... interesting.

I've never heard of disco fries, but I have tried the fries at Golden Oak Outpost. We had the Mexican ones with salsa, black beans, cheese and sour cream and the ones with gravy and Mozzarella. They were both so-so. I had high hopes for the gravy ones, but when we got them the gravy wasn't very hot and the cheese wasn't melted like I had seen in official Disney pics. I actually liked the Mexican ones better.

Actually a NJ Diner thing. Growing up the diners near me used to make them with brown gravy and cheese wiz. Not as sophisticated as Poutine.
