We recently had the only mishap with a reservation and info concerning it that we have ever had. We have been there 70 times and we live 900+ miles away. I sent an email to customer relations and 95% of it was bragging on them for everything over the years and I wasn't mad, but disappointed in the recent issue. They called the house 3 times. We get a major upgrade and free water park tickets. They went above and beyond and really didn't have to do anything, but they blessed us quite a bit. We arrive in May. Doug
