Kids on dining plan

I read that kids can get an adult CS meal on the dining plan. Has anyone else heard this?

According to the brochure children 3-9 must order from the children's menu when available.

When we went with a kid under the age of 10 on the meal plan, we had to get them a kids meal, we could not order an adult meal with their kid credit.
If they are 10 and older - they can order the adult meal as they are on the adult plan.

Others may have had different experiences, but this was our experience.

When they first implemented the dining plan, I believe they did not distinguish between child and adult counter service.

In recent years, it has always been child for child credit, not adult credit.
