Just heard from another site that Liberty Tree will be closing for a lengthy refurbishment on July 6th. Our trip is slated for the last week of July! :( Seeing as this is usually our first ADR that we like to do when we get to WDW, I'm now scrambling to figure out what to do for our first night's ADR. We usually make MK our first park, and we already have ADR's for Be Our Guest for another night. So, I'd like to hear your suggestions for a first day ADR for dinner at MK!

Thanks!:mickey:

Tony's Town Square would be my choice.:eat:

My DW would vote for The Plaza.

I enjoy crystal palace. Food has always been good and character interaction is great.

Agreed. We usually hit up MK our first day. But we usually hop the monorail and do a Chef Mickeys or Kona Café - then hit MK all fueled up and ready to go!

Here's a link to the original announcement:

I think I would select either Crystal Palace OR take the short walk or monorail over to The Contemporary and dine at Chef Mickey's. :mickey:

Kona Cafe, Narcossee's, or Grand Floridian Cafe

I agree I would hop on the monorail and go to one of the resort restaurants.

We were hoping to have Thanksgiving dinner there but it looks like it will be cutting it close. We'll just have to wait and see.

As an aside, I hope when they do the renovations, that they add more restrooms and on the 1st floor.
