Do we think the pool grounds will be done by April?

Some sites are reporting an opening of April 1 to coincide with the rumored opening of Poly DVC but I haven't seen official notice from Disney yet.

Construction schedule has final finishes dated April 17, 2015 and I was told to expect that to go later since they started late.
