First time BC

We booked a lagoon view room and its our first time staying at BC. We usually stay at POR. Any advice or tips for our first time. Should I request a certain area for our room? Do the lagoon rooms have balconies?:mickey:

When are you going? Many rooms at BC have balconies, some do not, and some have sort of faux balconies that yiu can just barely stand on. If you want a full one, request that specifically. We like the lagoon view rooms up above the water slide area of the resort, sort of near the main back entrance. Easy in and out.
