How late do food courts serve breakfast?

We are going to be arriving very late on our upcoming trip, so am thinking of letting family sleep in first morning and then do late breakfast at the resort.

Anyone know (POR if it matters) how long the food courts serve breakfast?

I believe that POR serves breakfast until 11am. So you'll be good for a sleep-in. :)
