Water Parks Both Closed today 11/9/14 ??

Why are BOTH water parks closed today?

Typhoon Lagoon is closed for refurbishment. Not sure what's up with Blizzard Beach, it was scheduled to open at 10AM but didn't. MDE now shows it as closed, could storms be rolling through?

72 and rain would certainly keep crowds down, but I wouldn't think it would close the park. Unless it was big storms for most of the day. Pretty rare for them to close I assume, unless big storms or really cold
