Stayed at BLT from 9/16 thru 9/29.

Rain almost every day, not quick showers, but downpours and thunder.
The air conditioned buses got us all sick. I had 10 days of bronchitis. So sick, the drive home took 5 days instead of two.

Despite the weather we still had a decent time.

lately I have heard a lot of folks complaining about CMs with bad attitudes, this was not the case with us. CMs were very helpful and polite.

I will add more when I feel better.

We were there pretty much the same time as you and couldn't believe all the rain. We need a vacation re-do!

Ack! Sounds like our June 2004 trip. LOTS of rain. We were at WDW more days and got less done. Made us want to avoid any more trips in June.

Thankfully you did make it home. The trip to remember.

Hope you're feeling better soon. And thanks for taking the time to report.

OK
Feeling a bit better.

Here is more of our trip:

We ate at Biergarten, Teppan Edo, 50s Prime Time, 1900 Park Faire, and Hollywood and Vine.
Hollywood and Vine was the best meal this trip.
We missed our ADRs for Cape May due to torrential rains. Last trip that was our best meal.
Rode the mine train only once, but once was enough. To cramped for my size.
Mermaid ride, not so great. Boring after one trip.
Enjoyed MNSSHP.
If I think of more, I will add to this post.

Glad you are feeling better, Pete! What a bummer that you missed your Cape May dinner due to the rain. That has become one of our favorites.

We have had trips where we couldn't WAIT to throw away our Disney rain ponchos after two weeks of continuous use. I hope there were enough breaks in the clouds to really enjoy your time before you started feeling ill.

Thanks for posting! :mickey:
