Gluten Free

I've just been diagnosed with celiac disease and was wondering if anyone has experience with eating gluten free at Disney.

I have a year to figure this out before my next tentative trip, but I thought I'd get some information from the people who know!

Any reservation you make will have the option to alert Disney to any allergy/dietary restriction. When you check in at the restaurant remind them of your issue and they will have the chef come out to your table to discuss dining options. My DW has nut allergies and the chef will discuss options for her, even if they are not on the menu. Don't worry, Disney is the one place that really understands about dietary issues and acts on it.

Even at CS restaurants, always ask to speak to someone who can answer your questions.
