Not a M&G person but am taking someone down that LOVES Belle (yellow ball gown Belle). Where would be the best place(s) to catch up with her?

The only real meet-meet place in the gold gown would be Akershus at Epcot

No. Anyone who is part of the show can get a picture with Belle at Enchanted Tales (and technically, the photos are only supposed to be for people IN the show)
