We have tickets to the MNSSHP for Halloween night. When I bought the tickets I was told they can be linked to FP+ for the event.
Got an email that it is time to pick my FP for 10/31 since we are checking in on 10/30.
When I tried to do it it only allows FP to 7 PM then says Magic Kingdom is closed. It does not allow any thing to be picked after 7 PM. I called and was told that no FP+ are able to be picked during the MHSSHP event. Anyone else have tickets and tried to link FP+ to is and could not?

You are correct - there are no FPs available during MNSSHP at the MK on those nights. Since they are "hard ticket" events, most rides will easily be walk on (although actual Halloween night will be busier than other party nights). You will pick up your ticket (wrist band) - which is not linked to your MagicBand - at the MK gate the evening of the party. Although it would make sense to have them linked to the MB I haven't heard that they are doing that yet. People without tickets will be leaving at 7pm.

Hope this answered your question! :pumpkin:

Yeah, there's never been FP available during the hard ticket events. Usually that's not a problem.

Thanks to all for confirming. Just wanted to make sure I was getting accurate information.
Yes - I do expect Halloween night to be busy for the event - the tickets for that night are already sold out.

Our tickets are linked to MDE, and we got three fast passes between 4 and 7pm.

If the Halloween Party tickets link to the Magic Bands, how do they know who is there for hard ticket event, and who is still there from earlier in the day?

At this time, as far as I know, MNSSHP tickets are NOT linked to your MagicBand. You can view them on MDE, but I do not believe you can get into the event with just your MagicBand. Folks with hard tickets (vouchers) for the event pick up a special wrist band before entering the park, or at special ticket kiosks said to be located in the park if folks are already in MK when the event starts. CMs differentiate those with tickets and those with not, with the event wrist bands.

Again, as far as I know tickets are not linked to MBs. However, if that has changed recently... someone please correct me!!

4-7 are still regular park hours so anyone can pick FP+ during those times. After 7 is Party time and no FP+ reservations can be made. That 4-7 window might be slim pickins as a lot of peple will be trying to get into that window!
