View Full Version : Anyone having trouble logging into MDE today?

I have logged into MDE every day as I am working with our upcoming travel dates and FP's, etc...

Today when I log on - it is telling me that the username/password don't match (haven't changed a thing). After trying 5 or 6 times it finally went through. THEN - I am accessing it on my iPhone 5 (the app) which I do each day as well and instead of it going directly to the information, it is asking for my password (the e-mail address is already there). The first time this happened, I used the regular password and it let me in. Now it has done it again and is telling me the username/password is incorrect. I tried calling the phone # to call (if there is a problem) and it's telling me all lines are busy.

Anyone else having trouble today with this? Just curious!!:mickey:

I think they are having site problems this morning. My id and password work on other Disney sites but not MDE. I would just check back a little later.

Thanks - after multiple attempts it seems to be up and running again with my regular id and password. I have heard that occasionally they have tech problems - but all seems to be right with the world for now. :number1:

I had it tell me the same thing (incorrect login/password), then I tried again and it worked.

This has happened to me a few days ago and also today. I went ahead and changed my password, now I wish I would have waited.

I got kicked out of both DME and the BOG fast pass web site at about 1:30 am this morning.

Like with you guys it was telling me that it was not recognizing my email address or password.

When I tried to re-register the web site told me that I was already registered.

When I called WDW I.T. this morning they looked at my email address and found that they had to recheck a box on their end to allow my information to work. I did not need to change passwords or anything. Well stuff happens..

I had problems yesterday trying to set up my Magical Express for our Dec. trip. It was terribly slow and kept taking me back to the main screen, etc., finally I got it to go through.

This is a pet peeve for me with Disney IT. You would think that Disney would hire the top IT graduates from schools. It seems that it takes forever for any new application to work smoothly. Realizing that most companies have glitches in rollout of new programs, Disney seems to have problems with everything.
