Yes. There may be some stairs to access the first floor from some directions, but there will also be either a ramp or a level entrance.

I would be sure to mention the need to wheelchair access on your reservation, so as not to risk getting a second floor room.

I dare say everything at Disney is wheel chair accessible. They are very good that way !!:mickey:

But note, the ramps aren't everywhere. So you might ask to have a room relatively close to them.
