Sailing Anyone?

Do any of the Resorts or DTD offer Sailboat Rental anymore? I haven't seen any Sails Up in any of the Resort Marina photo like in the past.
Is this another attraction that has been taken away?:boat: Maybe I can Fast Pass+ it?
