multiple magic bands

We are going in August for free dining and had to make two reservations as we will be there a day before free dining starts with a room only ressie, so now we have the option to get two sets of magic bands. Has anyone used two sets of bands on one trip(different colors for DD's 13&17) and how did it go? Thanks in advance for any input.:confused:

We didn't use multiple bands on our last trip but did bring an "extra" set just in case we needed another. In two trips (December and May), we've amassed nine magic bands (for some reason they only sent a DVC magic band to my husband and not to me) between the two of us.

We used 2 different sets of bands for our February trip bc we were switching hotels for the last night from AKL-AOA. It was fine...they linked the new bands to the room and egg charging privileges were transferred to the new bands. We were even given the option of continuing use of the old bands and they would just link those to the AOA stay. :mickey:
