Don't they usually start early to mid November?

The bigger question is when will they announce if the Osborne Lights are actually returning this year? There was a lot of discussion that they might not return in 2014. That was never confirmed or dispelled. So, it remains to be seen. If they return it's varied year to year whether they started mid-November or Thanksgiving weekend. Usually that's announced in August.
