Booking on Travel Site

I am just browsing for the best deal on the web, It is a little cheaper if I book my hotel only through Orbitz and buy my park tickets through Disney. If I go this route am I still able to do my 60 Days out FP+ reservations etc through the Disney website with my disney experience? If I can't I will not book with them.

You would need to have the actual Disney reservation number to book FP+ at 60 days. From the online travel sites you will get a confirmation number which is theirs. You would need to contact them for the Disney conf #. Not sure how easy or hard that part is.
