Magic Bands & Blizzard Beach

Just wondering if the magic bands are waterproof enough to wear during our trip to Blizzard Beach.
Also, is there a way to use them for our food purchases or whatever we might wish to purchase while at the water park? Seems easier than locking up the wallet all the time, etc.

You can wear them in the water. We were in and out of the pool on our last trip while wearing the bands.

We wore ours at BB and everything worked fine. No need to bring a wallet and cards.

That is one of the best things about the Magic Bands! All you need is your magic band and sunscreen. Fabulous!

Make sure put charging priveleges on the bands when you check in at the resort, just like with the old KTTW cards. You can set up individual PINs or all have the same one. The charges get itemized on the room bill.
