EZ Car Rental

I got a great deal on renting with EZ car rental. Has anyone ever used them before? Any thoughts or comments on using them would be helpful. I got some information that has made me uncomfortable. I would like to get some other feedback if possible.

I looked into them when I was pricing my rental and like yankeefan said - I Googled the feedback. Based on what I saw, I chose a different, slightly costlier option that had it's garage right near the terminal. Sometimes - paying a little more is worth it.
