The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights

Is anyone aware or remember when the scheduled dates and times come out for this? I thought is would have been out already. It is posted on the WDW website but says schedule is not available.

Last year they started on 11/9. It's nightly, with the lighting ceremony taking place at 6pm (dusk).
