You can book one now if you want, as a room only reservation. If you are interested in a package, you will have to wait until August or so, when Disney releases those for booking.

Check the race confirmation you received after you registered. There is a phone number to runDisney for special hotel discounts & a link if you want to buy tickets separately. The have a pretty good discount on park tickets. Your email will have a link to their online store. I went through them a few weeks ago got the Expedition Everest 5K. Our 3 day park hopper passes were $204.
