Spring Break April 5-11 Day 2

Up and at em! Check into Pop around 8. only 1 person ahead of me at online checkin. no one in regular checkin line. got a great room 60s area building 5 ground floor. super close to food court/transportation. no problems activating magic bands. drop our bags in the room and we get our refillable mugs then we are off to AK. Had FP to KS. we love this ride. Didn't see the lion. it was hot - about 92 but parks weren't too crowded. next was EE. We always do single rider. you can always get to ride faster. next was Kali river rapids. didn't get too wet. We ate lunch at Flame Tree. this is my favorite in AK. Great food. I think we did character spot next. We had FP for nemo but we were too tired so we went back to pop to rest and go to the pool. We had supper at everything pop and turned in for the night. up next epcot!

Off to a great start! After the winter we've had in the Northeast, I would really be liking that hot weather!!

Would love that heat about now as I post - the "real feel" temperature here in suburban Chicago on Monday morning is 29 with a threat of snow today!
