Mears shuttle to the Dolphin?

We (DH and I) are flying into MCO at 9:20am on 8/29. If we book a Mears shuttle to the dolphin, how long will it take us to get there? And, are there other/faster options that don't cost $100? That's $ we can spend on drinks and food at WDW ;) Thanks!

Is that $100 round trip or one way? It might not be less expensive but it certainly would be more comfortable - look at Intercot sponsor Quicksilver (http://www.quicksilver-tours.com).
