Getting to sea world with toddlers?

We are staying at POR in early oct and my kids at the time will be 3 and almost 2 my older boy is talking about whales an dolphins a lot lately so we were thinking about a trip to sea world. I've been there before and always used a Mears shuttle and it had worked great but with kids I'm not sure. Do they need car seats? Is there a bus or somethin? Or is it too much hassle and we shouldn't bother? I'm not renting a car or dragging car seats...any input would b great!!

Almost all the taxis have car seats...not sure if they will have two seats, but you can order a cab with two seats ahead of time. Only reason I don't use Mears for round trips is that I don't want to be held to a departure time leaving the parks...too hard to judge time especially with toddlers. We have used them to travel TO universal and took a cab back, a bit more expensive, but that way we didn't keep clock watching.
