If I activate an AP on August 23rd, 2014 what is the last day is it good (Aug 22, 2015 or Aug 23,2015)? Thanks

It will expire on Aug 23, 2015. Meaning it will still get you into the Parks until midnight of that day.

So to clarify I can use the same AP August 23, 2014 and August 23, 2015?

Correct, we purchased our AP's on December 20th, 2013 and they expire December 20th, 2014.
