iPhone Covers

I'm looking for a disney cover for my iPhone 5. I prefer the type that wrap around to the face of the phone. Covering all the sides. Also, possibly dated 2014. I did get a holiday one last time I was there and it's time for a change. I have a friend going soon and don't want them searching for something that doesn't exist. Has anyone seen any new designs? Thanks .

Is it possible that they are already sold out of these? I haven't seen not one 2014 one...in fact there really isn't much 2014 stuff around...

Wow! Really? I guess it is possible they are sold out. I know we saw them at the Emporium, MouseGear, World of Disney and some of the resort gift shops.

I got an awesome travel mug in the same design as that top phone case. They had a lot of stuff with that Mary Blair-ish design. Guess it's popular?

I love that first cover! I looked for a new cover in November, but just couldn't decide on one. Guess I'll have to search for this one online.

Carol got a beautiful Poly one. Not sure if the other resorts have specific ones though. We only shopped at the Poly.

I did see that poly one in November. I don't recall seeing any other resort specific phone covers, and I was looking for a new cover so I probably would have noticed if they had other resorts.

They also had these cases at Hollywood Studios in addition to the stores Mel listed. I really did see them everywhere... I would be impressed if they all sold out in within the first month, but who knows!

The phone 'snaps' into it, but it wraps around to the front. Clear as mud, right? :D It does cover the sides.

One observation though - the one I bought is that shiny plastic. You really have to look, but I have noticed some scratches on it. I'm really rough on my phones though. :blush:

But the Poly one is more of that rubbery plastic, and therefore doesn't really show any scratching.

I wish they made some of these for Android (Galaxy) phones. I am not an iPhone fan.

I got the one in Mel's first pic off eBay. After shipping it was only $18. I am pretty sure the last two iPhone cases I got in Disney were around $30. So happy to have found it and got it at a discount!

No worries...I just returned & there were lots of 2014 product seen in the shops, including the Mary Blair influenced ones.

I also saw plenty of the Poly at the resort. I found a holographic Master Gracey & a different Madame Leota cover at Animal Kingdom that I saw nowhere else. I wish they were more in the $20 range because I'd buy lots of different ones.

I opted for the Master Gracey one, limited to 999.

They also had the holiday one for $9.99 at the outlets if you have a car. :thumbsup:

I just returned & there is 2014 stuff everywhere. Its all in an isolated area of the store usually & the phone covers were with all the other 2014 merchandise.

The only thing that I didn't see anywhere is the calendar that I got for Xmas with the attraction posters :thumbsup:

I think they had to have reloaded because the latter half of our trip I ended up seeing them everywhere lol. Last couple days of my trip I couldn't not notice them anymore. I am a shopaholic and at the beginning of our trip I saw literally none, even with the 2014 merchandise, I collect year dated stuff and definitely didn't see any of them until the latter half. But like I said, I think they restocked at some point because they had tons during my last few days in the shops.
