Beach Club or Boardwalk to Epcot

I don't believe either of these resorts actually has bus service to Epcot, as you just go in through International Gateway. But, in the morning for early entry into Epcot is International Gateway open? or do you need to figure out a way to get to the main entrance?

The International Gateway opens the same time as the front gate.

You're closer to the French Bakery (open every morning) or you can walk to TT and Soarin' with the masses (just past the UK and Canadian pavilions).
