Searching POP rooms on Disney site and this came up as a room option. Anyone know what this is? I used the chat on the Disney site twice and got two different answers. one cast member said that that is what they call the accessible rooms at POP. The other said it was for florida residents only. ?????

I will offer a third answer. :)

From what I've heard it is a room with extra handrails around the bathtub and toilet, so not a fully accessible room, but one that does assist those with some needs.

I found this on a Disney site when I did a web search:
Florida Special Accessible Room/Option for Hearing Accessibility - This room is equipped with toilet grab bars, an open bed frame and lower toilet height. A portable raised toilet seat is available upon request. Optional communication features for Guests with Hearing Disabilities include: visual alarm; visual door knock/door bell alert; visual telephone call alert; a telephone with volume control; and electrical outlet near telephone jack. TTY equipment is available upon request at check-in.
