Trying to reach Special Diets - help!

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a phone number to reach Special Diets? Not WDW-DINE. I've been able to reach them in past years and now cannot find the number. Every time I send them an email I get the same scripted response and no answer to my questions. When I get them on the phone they are always so helpful.
