Finally Purchased

We finally did it! Many years ago, when our children were 4 and 6, we did the tour for the DVC. Our "kids" are now 25 and 27! At the time, we just couldn't swing it. Over the years, we have thought about it and always talked ourselves out of it...until this last trip in December. We took the tour and purchased at GF! I know the pts are incredibly high compared to resale, but we do have the 50 years. So excited!!!

Just wondering.... Does the booking, banking, borrowing option become easier? We have the option of booking 11 months in advance, but probably won't stay too often at GF because the pts are higher....

We re so excited but its all a bit overwhelming!!!

The booking/banking/borrowing does get easier so no need to worry. If you feel overwhelmed in the beginning you can always just give MS a call. Most import thing to remember is if you borrow/bank points they stay in the new use year and cannot be returned to the original year.

If you use the online system there is a pane on the right which always lets you know when you can book either home or non home and when you need to bank by. You'll see a box which tells you how many points you have left, too.

Welcome Home! We're somewhat new are self,
and it does get easier. Still fuzzy on some things, but we really love being DVC owners.
