Fences around the pools

Wondering if they have put fences up around all the pools or if they are closed past a certain time.

From the refurb schedule it looks as if the fences will start going up in January. I haven't seen comments about pools recently fenced in.

We were at CBR in November and both the pool and kids pool was fenced.

So, now do you have to have your Magic Band or Key card to get in? And does everyone have to have one, or just one person in your party?

Wouldn't make up one's mind until the design is actually done. They have done themed fencing throughout the property so it may be ok.

Much of this is due to the drowning at the Pop Century in March 2013. There are liability issues if they close the pools (now that means no lifeguards) without fencing. So the fencing goes in at the theme pools. The shallow pools are apparently seen as less of a liability.
