What time Wishes and Illuminations in July?

Planning ADR's and don't want to be eating dessert when the boom starts.

It's usually 9pm for Illuminations no matter what from what I remember...

Wishes I think depends on when MK closes, which seems to change like the wind.

I don't believe Wishes would ever be earlier than 9:00 in July. Not dark enough.
