Path from GF to Poly?

Is there a walking path from the Grand Flordian to the Poly? I'd like to get the the Poly from GF without having to take the resort monorail almost the entire loop around. Thanks.

Yes. It has been many years since we walked it, but it is there.

It's actually a really nice walk, going past the Wedding Pav. But something I don't know - just wondering if any of the construction for the DVC units at GF might have affected the pathway?

I ran it while the DVC units were under construction. The path runs between the DVC units and the water. I don't think it affected it at all.

It has changed since the DVC construction. You know go on the water side of the DVC and around to the back entrance. Then along a covered walkway to the GF pool area. Still very nice but not quite as direct.

Another way to get there is to take the launch from the GF to the Poly. Probably not as good of an option for getting back though.:)

We used it last month. Very easy and during the day, very pretty. Didn't take long either.
