Did morning jog while spouse slept. Another day in 80s. Went to downtown Disney where spouse found Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers at Basin and Disney store. Had lunch at blues restaurant in west side where construction is still in progress around pleasure island. Splittsville is smaller than I thought it was. New runners store has good selection but shoes are overpriced. People watched had ice cream back at marketplace then headed back to room to change for Mickey's merry Christmas party. Got there around 5 as it was getting dark. Put on glow with show ears. Did jingle cruise, pirates, under sea ride in fantasy land, presidents attraction, then enjoyed parade, castle and fireworks. Ate free treats then visited shops on way out. Great time! Expanded bus area is finished and very roomy! Longest day so far but slow paced.
