Latest to book dining plan

As a DVC member staying with points, when is the latest I can book/pay my dining plan?

I'm finding conflicting info of 10 days prior and 48 hrs prior.

For DVC members, 2013 travel is 48 hours with payment being due at time of booking. I've not seen or heard of changes for 2014.
