Any fast passes for people staying offsite?

We arrive on 12/14/13 and for the first time are staying off site (Wyndham Bonnet Creek). Is there still the option to simply go to the park early and grab a regular fast pass or are those all already taken by the lucky ones who can reserve them early?

I believe the regular fast pass machines are still in operation but folks have reported that the fast pass return times are often quite late into the day.

How was your experience in December with the new fast pass system? We are heading to WDW in Nov. 2014 and staying offsite at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. We are concerned that since we are staying offsite, and will not have access to advanced FP+, we won't get any decent fast passes. And, dealing with a kiosk will be very time consuming trying to even set up FP's for the day.
