Free Dining Question

It has been about 6-7 years since we have been to WDW in December.

I am interested in travelling the week before Christmas.

Have there been any free dining offers lately during that travel period?

I did read of someone who received a pin code promotion that included free dining which included the period 12/15 - 12/22. It appears crowds at the parks have been up this year which might mean that free dining offers will be reduced going forward.

Personally, I don't think dining is such a great deal. When you get "free dining" you need to pay rack rate for your room. Many folks can make out better by getting a decent room discount and paying out of pocket for their meals.

We got the free dining package for our Dec 17-23, 2013 trip. This package was offered the beginning of August.
