Would the counter service lunches allow special requests such as no sauce on the sandwiches at the be my guest venue? If you eat lunch at the counter service do you get to eat inside? I'm dying to see the place but I hate the idea of burning up a few hours in the park for a meal not to mention the price, even if I could get a ressie

thanks in advance

Yes and Yes!

I ordered my sandwich without a sauce and it was no problem at all.

Yes, you eat lunch inside the castle, and you get to choose which room (the West Wing, Ballroom or Rose Room) that you want to eat it, although you can go and look at all of them (and take pictures).

We really enjoyed our lunch at BOG (dinner was really super too!)

The Cast Member taking my order said to me "there is no special requests." I actually pressed the point because of a medical condition. He called the chef and the chef was fantastic. He prepared it how I needed my lunch. Actually, the lunch menu is so unhealthy. They need to make changes. I got multi-grain bread instead of white roll, no mayo, green beans instead of fries. As I said, the chef prepared it beautifully. I so appreciated it.
Yes, you do eat in one of three dining rooms.
