Arrived ar MCO via Southwest from New Orleans a little before 10 pm on Tuesday the 19th. Our magic bands get us right on Magical Express and we are off to Wilderness Lodge. Check in was a breeze and we got to bed about midnight. The bad thing was we had a 800 am breakfast reservation at DHS.......
Day 1- DHS
Up at 615 and out the room by 710. Bus came pretty quick and we were lined up to go in for 745....
Breakfast and service at Hollywood and Vine great!!!!
We had fastpass + for rock n roller coaster, tower of terror and you story mania. The crowds very manageable. We were able to ride tower of Terror x 3 (2 stand by and 1 fast pass), rockin roller coaster x 2 (1 standby and 1 fast pass) and toy story mania x 3 (2 stand by and 1 fast pass). We found the lines very manageable. Most of these rides completed before 1130 except the last ride on toy story mania which we had a fast pass for at 115.
Supper at Sci-Fi Diner. Food good. Waiter good. Food coming out little slow. Cheesecake amazing!!!!
Osborne lights beautiful! Very successful first day! Writing this as I am on bus on the way back to the lodge so forgive any typos/errors!
